Vishesh Sharma

Vishesh Sharma is a co-founder of No Grey and an estate and succession counsel who has been practising law for the last 10 years. He studied at MDH International School and NorthCap University, and spent close to a decade as Resident Counsel at Cornellia Chambers, advising and representing clients through commercial and civil litigation, venture and private equity transactions, foreign investment, arbitration, insolvency, labour and employment law, real estate, data protection and technology law. He has also worked on secondment and with top tech firms including OLX and Infosys.

His practice has involved advising companies and their leaders on complex corporate and transactional matters, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, conducting due diligence exercises, and representing clients in disputes before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. He has also advised and represented individuals in matters concerning economic offences and white-collar crimes.

At No Grey — a lawyer-led and lawyer-controlled legal-tech platform dedicated to estate planning, succession and intergenerational wealth transfer — he leads the development of legal strategies and solutions relating to Wills, Trusts, Gifts, Family Settlements, Probate and Succession Proceedings, Estate Administration and inheritance disputes. His work focuses on delivering end-to-end and last-mile execution of succession matters, including drafting, registration, probate and succession certificate proceedings, property and title due diligence, asset transfers and post-demise estate administration.
