Kelian Wojtyczka

Kelian leads technology and strategy at No Grey, joining in 2025 to build the digital layer of an otherwise paper-heavy profession. He owns the product architecture behind our platforms, with the free will creator as the flagship.

He trained as an architect and sustainability specialist — B.Sc. in Architecture from Hochschule Bochum, certified fire protection planner, with earlier computer science studies — and spent years in integral planning, energy consulting, building physics, project development and modernisation at Architekturbüro Schwering. His project work includes the Bremer Punkt housing scheme (German Architecture Award 2017; DGNB Sustainability Award 2017, 3rd place), a seven-storey modular student dormitory and several Efficiency House 40/55 residential buildings, alongside a lecturing stint in real estate management at Laureate International Universities.

That background — systems, life-cycle thinking and digital workflows — is how he approaches legal products: make the process fast, private and genuinely usable for people who have never spoken to a lawyer before.
