For people with assets and beneficiaries in India, and/or across the world.

Will Execution Support is designed for people who want practical, legal and administrative support to ensure that their Will can be acted upon smoothly after their death.

You may use this service whether your Will was created with No Grey or elsewhere. You can choose the level of support you need — from secure Will storage and annual asset reviews during your lifetime to post-death assistance with certificates, probate, mutation, bank transfers, securities transmission, cross-border coordination and distribution of assets to beneficiaries.

After your death, we support your family through the legal, administrative and practical steps required to give effect to your Will.

What you can choose from
  • Appointment as Executor or Co-Executor under your Will, where required
  • Secure storage of Will and asset documentation until execution
  • Annual review of Indian and/or overseas asset records
  • Annual review, amendment and registration of the Will, where required
  • Coordination of your Indian Will with foreign Wills, trusts or estate planning documents, where applicable
  • Post death family meeting to read the Will and discuss the execution strategy
  • Assistance with obtaining the Death Certificate and other death related documentation required for Indian legal and asset transfer processes
